About this event
Find a peaceful moment with Yoga in the Gallery at Rockefeller State Park Preserve in Pleasantville. Led by instructor Shivani Singh, this restorative yoga class explores the connection between breath and movement in the Preserve’s indoor Art Gallery.
Open to adults ages 18 and older of all experience levels, the sessions offer an inviting option for anyone seeking yoga classes in Westchester or wellness activities in Pleasantville.
Classes take place in the Art Gallery beside the main entrance parking lot, rather than at Rockwood Hall. Bring a yoga mat and water.
