Downtown White Plains' popular Oktoberfest returns with a traditional beer tent, live oompah music, stein-holding contests and German-inspired food, plus a new free Alpine Village family zone with pumpkin painting, yard games, mini-golf and cultural activities from the German International School. Rain or shine, it's one of Westchester County's biggest autumn street festivals.
