Rivertowns Repair Café

Give your belongings a second life at the Rivertowns Repair Café on Saturday, November 7, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Embassy Community Center, 60 Palisade Street in Dobbs Ferry, NY.

Hosted by Dobbs Ferry Repair Café, this free Westchester community event connects visitors with volunteers who help repair broken items. Bring small appliances, wooden items, clothing, textiles, bikes, jewelry, or computers for assessment. Repairs depend on the volunteers and expertise available that day.

Looking for ways to reduce waste and practice sustainable living in Westchester? Meet local repair experts, learn practical skills, and discover whether a favorite item can be fixed before replacing it.

Volunteers are also welcome, including sewers, menders, fixers, tinkerers, restorers, and greeters.
